Hi, I'm Thamara Lage!

Hi, I’m Thamara Lage. With over 14 years behind the lens, my camera is my primary tool for expression and communication. My journey began in my teens and was built on a solid foundation, specializing in Camera and Movement at Instituto Criar and holding a degree in Photography Technology from FMU. Now based in Dublin, I combine my technical expertise with the sensitivity needed to capture honest, real moments. Throughout my career, I’ve navigated diverse worlds: from the visual precision of commercial products for global brands like Veepee and Daki, to the fluid energy of movement at the Dance Reference Center. In the audiovisual industry, I’ve contributed to major productions, including the directing team for Netflix (Beyond the Universe) and creating content for MTV and Comedy Central. This versatility allows me to move seamlessly between film sets, music festivals, and commercial projects with the same passion. My goal in Dublin is to continue telling stories that deserve to be seen, through the experienced eyes of someone who has lived and breathed photography for over a decade.
